My bagels kick ass















I made bagels today, and they came out awesome. Why didn't I try this years ago?

  1. 3 tips for kick-ass bagels:
    High protein flour
  2. Knead it forever
  3. Boil for at least 5 minutes per side

They are to die for, and except for the kneading, are really very simple.
